tojbat Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "tojbat", "we", "us", "our" refers to the tojbat gaming platform operating at tojbat.net, licensed under an international gaming authority.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is accessing the tojbat platform.
• "Platform" refers to the tojbat website, mobile browser interface, and any associated applications or services made available by tojbat.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account opened in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR funds held in a player's tojbat account, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus balance.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed by a player on a sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product available on the tojbat platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or incentive amount credited to a player's account subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures conducted by tojbat to confirm player identity and age.
• "PSL" refers to the Pakistan Super League cricket competition and its associated fixtures available for betting on the tojbat platform.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms. Any reference to a statute or regulation includes any amendments or successor legislation in force from time to time.

2.1 Minimum Age. Access to and use of the tojbat platform, including all betting, casino, slot, fishing, and bingo products, is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies without exception to all players regardless of the product being used.

2.2 Age Verification. tojbat conducts age verification at the point of registration and may request documentary evidence of age at any subsequent point. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or any other government-issued identity document bearing a date of birth. Until age verification is completed, withdrawal of funds may be suspended.

2.3 Underage Accounts. If tojbat determines at any point that an account belongs to a player under the age of 21, that account will be immediately suspended. All bets placed will be declared void and all deposits returned to the original payment source. tojbat will not pay out winnings generated by an underage player under any circumstances.

2.4 Residency & Jurisdiction. Players are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in their country or region of residence before registering with tojbat. tojbat makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. Players who access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction do so entirely at their own risk.

2.5 Single Account. Each eligible player may hold only one tojbat account at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.1 Registration Process. To use the tojbat platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and accurate. tojbat reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tojbat login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. tojbat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You should notify tojbat support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 KYC Compliance. tojbat is required to conduct KYC verification as part of its obligations under its international gaming licence. You agree to cooperate fully with all KYC requests. tojbat reserves the right to restrict account functionality — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your tojbat account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered PKR payment method following standard withdrawal processing times, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tojbat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa debit/credit card, and Mastercard debit/credit card. Additional methods may be introduced at tojbat's discretion.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply to each payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your tojbat account. tojbat reserves the right to amend these limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your tojbat balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. tojbat is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or your financial institution.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the tojbat finance team. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within 2 to 4 hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.

4.5 Own Payment Methods. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. tojbat will not process withdrawals to a payment method that does not match your verified account identity. Any deposit made from a third-party payment method may be returned and the associated bets voided.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. tojbat applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with its international licence requirements. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence. tojbat reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of AML checks.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by tojbat are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits vary by promotion and are stated clearly in each offer's terms. Real-money funds in your account are always used before bonus funds when placing bets.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through separate accounts is a breach of these Terms.

5.4 Abuse & Manipulation. tojbat monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet combinations designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of automated betting software, or exploitation of software errors. Where abuse is identified, tojbat reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.

5.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the stated validity period will be removed from the player's account automatically. tojbat is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms communicated at the time of the offer.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the tojbat platform are subject to acceptance by tojbat. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference number on screen. tojbat reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

6.2 Odds & Markets. Odds offered on the tojbat platform represent the best estimate available at the time of publication. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movement.

6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to your account balance in the following circumstances:

• The relevant event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without resumption within a specified period.
• The bet was placed on a market that was created in error with manifestly incorrect odds.
• Technical errors caused the odds to be displayed incorrectly at the time of bet placement.
• The bet relates to an event in which match-fixing or corruption has been confirmed by the relevant sporting authority.
• Regulatory requirements oblige tojbat to void the transaction.

6.4 PSL & Cricket Specific Rules. Cricket betting markets on tojbat follow the official ICC playing conditions and the PSL playing regulations. In-play markets are settled based on the official result declared by the match referee. Any delay in score feed updates does not entitle a player to void or cancel an in-play bet already accepted.

6.5 Settlement Disputes. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with tojbat support within 72 hours of settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. tojbat's decision on settlement disputes, made in good faith using official data sources, is final.

7.1 Game Availability. The tojbat casino lobby, including live dealer tables, slot titles, Mega Fishing, and Pearls of Bingo, is made available subject to technical availability and any applicable licensing restrictions. tojbat does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific game title.

7.2 Game Integrity. All casino games available on the tojbat platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or genuine live dealer mechanics audited by the game provider. tojbat does not control the RNG outcomes of third-party game titles and is not responsible for the results of individual game rounds.

7.3 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a network disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, tojbat will attempt to complete the round using the game server's last recorded state. Where this is not possible, the stake for the interrupted round will be returned to your account balance.

7.4 Minimum Stakes. Minimum bet amounts for all casino games are displayed within the game interface. tojbat reserves the right to update minimum and maximum stake limits for any game at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tojbat platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or latency arbitrage opportunities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction that is illegal under applicable law.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts without authorisation.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or spot-fixing in any sport available for betting on tojbat.
• Registering more than one account for the purpose of circumventing bonuses, self-exclusion, or account restrictions.

9.1 Commitment. tojbat is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity and should never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

9.2 Player Tools. tojbat provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your tojbat account.
• Loss Limits: Set a ceiling on how much you can lose within a defined time period.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the tojbat platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, interface design, software, text, and game assets — is the intellectual property of tojbat or its licensed third-party providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any commercial context without prior written consent from tojbat.

10.2 Limited Licence. tojbat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tojbat platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or republish any platform content.

10.3 User Content. If you submit any content to tojbat — such as support messages, feedback, or survey responses — you grant tojbat a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for internal service improvement purposes. tojbat will not publish identifiable personal content without your consent.

11.1 Platform Availability. tojbat endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures, or third-party infrastructure issues may result in temporary unavailability. tojbat accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.

11.2 Betting Losses. tojbat accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming on the tojbat platform. All bets are placed voluntarily and at the player's own risk. tojbat does not provide any guarantee of return or profit from any product on the platform.

11.3 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tojbat shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the tojbat platform, even if tojbat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.4 Third-Party Services. The tojbat platform integrates third-party game content, payment processors, and data providers. tojbat is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of third-party services and accepts no liability for losses arising from their failure or error.

12.1 Data Collection. tojbat collects personal data as part of the registration and KYC process, including name, date of birth, address, CNIC number, and payment details. This data is processed in accordance with tojbat's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference.

12.2 Data Use. Personal data collected by tojbat is used to manage your account, process transactions, comply with regulatory obligations, and improve the tojbat platform. tojbat does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12.3 Communications. By registering with tojbat, you consent to receiving transactional communications related to your account. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time via your account preferences or by contacting support. Opting out of promotional communications does not affect transactional messages.

13.1 Right to Amend. tojbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the tojbat website with an updated version date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the tojbat platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

13.3 Notification. For material changes that significantly affect player rights, tojbat will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect, where operationally feasible.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under tojbat's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and tojbat, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. 14.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the tojbat support process within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution process established by tojbat's licensing authority. 14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
